::It's a clash that has affected almost the entire Spanish community, but it has been ruled since 1948 by another Organisation. But well, that's the way it stays.
::Regarding the change of the letter "G", I have also consulted with some users and they think that it is better to make two options.
::*Keep the "G", but it would no longer apply to "Gold", but to the Spanish word "Ganancia" or in English "Gains" / "Profits".
::*Or not having any letter next to the numbers at all, leaving only the number itself.
::The problem with the change with the letter "o" is that it looks a lot like "0", and we know that if you are not looking at it but reading it quickly, it can be read as a much larger value than it is.
::And also the letter "o" is used a lot as a coordinating conjunction to indicate an alternative. Example: "''¿Manzanas '''o''' naranjas?''" (apples or oranges?). So if we put "1000o - 2500o" in a table it could confuse readers.
::All these options have to be evaluated and considered, my opinion on the order of the currency symbol has not changed! 😉
